Moving and dancing in person is a deeply enriching experience. It is a moment where you can truly find yourself while bonding with others. Dancing together creates a genuine sense of belonging and collective joy. To crown this experience, we end each session with a meditative relaxation moment, allowing everyone to refocus and leave feeling at peace.

This form of dance has numerous physical and mental health benefits.
