Membership is required to participate.

These group classes focus on improving static and dynamic balance, as well as fall prevention. Through proprioceptive and muscle-strengthening exercises, participants learn to react to environmental disturbances, such as sudden sunlight or an obstacle. NeuroEquilibrium helps strengthen stability, increase confidence in movement, and maintain independence in daily life.

Session Content:

Breath-out exercises Balance, coordination, and strengthening exercises Proprioceptive exercises

Prerequisite: Ability to stand upright for 1 minute with or without support Equipment used: Chair, ball, free weights (dumbbells, water bottles, storage containers), cushion (optional), towel or belt

10 weeks to improve your stability, gain confidence in your posture, and help prevent falls.

Led by a NeuroMotrix kinesiologist – The Movement You Have –, the program offers adapted exercises in a safe and supportive environment.

Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
