A gentle yoga class that respects your personal situation at the time, with the instructor offering different variations. During the class, you may be offered standing, floor, and chair positions. Breathing, mudras, and some body reflexology techniques (which can help with issues related to fibromyalgia and general well-being) will complement the experience.
This class does not replace our Tuesday evening virtual yoga class; rather, it enhances our offerings to offer you a different experience, in person and in a warm atmosphere.
For the purposes of the class, the instructor requests that you bring a light blanket.
