This class is for anyone who wants to release tension, stiffness, and daily stress. This active recovery class combines dynamic (moving) stretches, static stretches, some Pilates exercises to balance posture, and fascia self-massage (muscle sheaths). Several variations are suggested depending on the limitations or different realities of our participants. Come take a break; you’ll feel the difference!
