Stéphanie discovered yoga in her early twenties at a studio in Montreal. Initially skeptical, she quickly experienced its benefits for both body and mind. A young mother at the time, she found balance, energy, and gentleness in yoga. Passionate about learning, she trained in yoga and physical conditioning before a health issue kept her away from teaching for several years. Despite this challenge, her practice remained a valuable source of support.

Over time, she deepened her knowledge of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Chronic Pain, Sound Therapy, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga Dance, Tune Up, and energy systems. After a gradual return to teaching, she chose in 2021 to dedicate herself entirely to yoga.

Caring and attentive, Stéphanie adapts her classes to each individual’s needs and makes yoga accessible to everyone. Meditation, pranayama, and musical instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal harps, and more are among the tools she uses to promote calm, presence, and well-being. Let yourself be guided by her calm voice and kindness, and you will see positive changes in your body and mind. Yoga, one movement at a time, in symbiosis with the breath.
